I met Mei Jin at one of Prudential’s roadshows. At the start, I did not engage her as my financial consultant as I was still contemplating whether to take up any insurance plans back then. However, she got back to me a few years later. I was pleasantly surprised that she made the effort to get in touch with me. She updated me about the latest and present policies, allowing me to be clear of the policies that best suit me and I decided to engage her as my financial consultant.
What really sets her apart from other advisors is her proactivity and sincerity, which led me to trusting her as my financial advisor. She was also very patient in explaining and answering my queries and doubts during every meet-up, despite her busy schedule.
